Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
Brussel Sprouts – 2.5 cups
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Red wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
Sweet Smart Sweetener – 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper – 1/8 tsp or to taste

Directions:
Whisk together Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Sweet Smart and Salt and Pepper.
Toss the trimmed and halved sprouts in the mixture until well coated.
Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes, cool for 10 minutes and serve for two!
