Sweet Smart Granola Recipe

Why not use Sweet Smart liquid Sweetener in making granola? Made from fruits, vegetables and spices, it’s better for you and your kids with all good ingredients and great taste! Get the kids to help – they’ll have fun and make great memories – healthy for them too!

Ingredients:
• Vanilla – 1/2 teaspoon
• Canola oil or coconut oil – ½ cup
• Sweet Smart Sweetener – ½ cup
• Oats, rolled – 3 cups
• Raisins – ½ cup
• Cranberries – ½ cup
• Coconut, shredded – 1/3 cup
• Almonds, slivered – ½ cup
• Pumpkin Seeds – ½ cup
• Salt – ½ teaspoon (optional)

Procedure:
1. Pre-heat oven to 300˚F.
2. Mix vanilla, oil and Sweet Smart and set aside.
3. Mix dried fruits and nuts then stir into liquid mixture.
4. Pour mixture into 9×12 pan lined with wax paper or lightly spray pan with oil.
5. Cook for 10 minutes, stir mixture around in pan, and cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes.
7. Dig in and enjoy! Great with any type of milk or as is!
