Sweet Smart Mango Vinaigrette

Here’s a simple, tasty way to make your salad pop!

• Mango, puree or finely sliced pieces – 3 Tablespoons (T)
• Sweet Smart – 1 T
• Dijon Mustard – 1 T
• Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 T
• Olive Oil – 2 T
• Kosher or sea salt – to taste (tt)
• Black Pepper – tt

1. Whisk the mango, vinegar, Sweet Smart, and mustard in a bowl or food processor.
2. Slowly add the oil while whisking in a bowl or running the food processor.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning (salt and pepper) as desired.
4. Add to your salad of choice – dresses five (5) small salads with 1 ½ T of vinaigrette
